Attorney Littman brings over 40 years of experience advocating for injured workers and defending the rights of personal injury victims. His extensive background in a wide variety of injury claims, litigation and trials means that he has achieved success within an abundance of settlement and litigation strategies. He has successfully handled over 30 jury trials in both State and Federal courts, including jury trials in 12 counties in the Central and Upstate New York area.
Attorney Babiarz similarly boasts an extensive resume of experiences in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability cases that can be used to your advantage, not only in the Workers’ Compensation cases but in the personal injury cases as well. Attorney Babiarz brings a background and experience as a nurse in medical practice, as a nurse case manager for an insurance company, and working as a defense attorney for an insurance company. She understands the strategies coming from the opposite side and understands the medical terminology and detail of your injuries which gives your case a strategic advantage when she is your attorney.
